岗位职责：

工作职责：
1、负责处理行政日常事务；
2、负责整理和归档文件资料；
3、办工用品、设备的维护和管理；
4、对外相关部门联系接待，对内接待来访、接听来电、解答咨询及传递信息工作；
5、协助部门经理做好公司各部门之间的协调工作。

任职资格：
1、女，本科及以上学历，行政文秘、英语相关专业优先；
2、能熟练运用word、excel、PowerPoint等办公软件和办公设备；

3、工作仔细认真、有条理性、逻辑性，责任心强、为人正直，具有一定的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神， 有较好的适应性，能够承受较强的工作压力；
4、有亲和力、相关行业工作经验者优先；

5、有驾照者甚佳。

Guangqing Group Co., Ltd. was originally founded in 1998. In 2004, Shandong Guangqing Plastic Industry Group was set up. In 2009, approved by State Administration of Industry and Commerce, our company was formally renamed as Guangqing Group Co., Ltd.
Headquartered in Liao Cheng, a beautiful town, north of the Changjiang River, Guangqing Group Co., Ltd. is a technologically advanced, trans-industry, comprehensive and large unrestricted regional administration private group company. Our activities involve in technology, finance，machinery manufacturing, metal material processing, chemical production, plastic weaving, international trade, business service and real estate development. Our activities cover BOPP plastic film, polypropylene, woven plastic bags, woven plastic machinery, metal materials finishing operation, import and export trade, real estate development, automobile trade market, and small loans.
