岗位要求：

1、负责公司LINUX服务器及应用环境快速部署、调试、迁移、维护；

2、分析、优化服务期操作系统、优化、提高应用环境的速度、性能；

3、确保LINUX平台上相关数据的传输，备份，系统恢复等正常运行；

4、参与上线发布业务系统代码，配合各方面测试；

5、负责日志分析、挖掘问题隐患、配合制作相关预案；

6、维护公司线上业务系统稳定运行，收集和分析系统性能指标，定期对提高系统可用性提出建议；

7、领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求：

1、善于沟通，诚实守信，责任心强，讲求效率；

2、精通linux操作系统，对系统性能相关问题有教深刻理解，有至少50台以上规模的linux集群2年以上管理经验；

3、熟悉linux下常用软件如nginx squid mysql (master/slave) lvs memcache mongdb redis等；

4、掌握mysql、oracle等SQL关系型数据库原理，有数据库维护经验（掌握一种即可）；

5、了解运维高容量、大并发Web系统的业务知识；有大、中型网站维护实战经验者优先考虑；

6、有虚拟化服务器部署经验者优行；

7、了解主流监控系统维护和部署，nagios,cacti,zabbix 等 ；

8、有mac os 和win server 运维经验者优先，有LDAP,MAIL,DNS等配置管理经验者优先；

9、具有自动化运维的经验；

10、有良好的问题分析和解决能力、团队协作精神；

11、有优秀的服务意识，较强抗压能力，勇于面对挑战；
