职位描述
素质地要求:
1、2年及以上相关工作经验;
2、娴熟地掌握 MsExcel ;
3、良好的内外部沟通技巧。
主要职责:
1、统计、核对和分析各门店成本数据,编制每月成本核算报告;
2、更新系统数据;
3、市场调查,对比供应商提供的价格;
4、负责周期食品物料盘点;
5、对成本部员工进行业务培训。
Work with solution provider and internal team to implement new inventory system.
Establish month-end cost reporting package.
Maintain and update database in Inventory System
Become the super user of the Inventory System
Ensure that policy and procedure are being followed on purchase/receiving cycle and stock take
Purchase price comparison from different suppliers or with other catering companies or hotels.
Line responsibility of the Cost Control Dept.
Provide effective and timely food & beverage analysis, identify costs issues and suggest solutions, and follow up actions with operation and kitchen team
Surprise check on the store to see to check for obsolete and slow moving items.
Comment on stock control, stock turnover and slow moving items
Lead month-end stock-take and quarterly operating equipment stock-take
Provide training to current team on stock take and other cost control measures
