Job Description
Position: Assistant Project Manager
The role will be responsible for project coordination and management, including design project, construction project and bidding project, ride information collecting and company library Establishment.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with Project Director to attend the construction project initiatives, work closely with team leaders and Project Director on the coordination and management of construction projects,
2. Assist in the bidding project, including coordination with suppliers, coordination for the preparation of tender documents, attend pre-bid meetings and tender openings, follow up the tender results,
3. Establish a framework for the library for the design department and accumulate the data for design reference,
4. Assist communication between the project director and designers; assist the project directors and managers in all possible aspects,
5. Assist the design director and design managers in regard to the task allocation updating, ride information collection.
Requirement:
1. About 3 years’ working in construction function,
2. Good knowledge in general theme park construction,
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English (both for oral and written),
4. Able to travel frequently.
Competence:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills within and outside the department and company,
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
3. Well organized and detail-oriented,
4. Initiative and fast response,
5. Integrity and loyalty,
6. Good team work spirit.
Education:
A bachelor degree in related major.
Other Knowledge:
PC skills.
