职位描述
工作职责：
1、根据客户要求策划各类方案，并负责整体项目的执行工作；
2、准确即时把握客户需求，负责带领项目团队为客户提供高效满意的服务。
岗位要求：
1）本科以上学历，有3年以上独立服务项目的DIGITAL从业经验，方案撰写能力强，可独立负责组织、策划、制定策略，完成方案撰写；
2）有较强的文字功底，负责审核及修改文案工作；
3）对于社交媒体营销比较了解, 熟悉各种互联网媒体；
4）有领导能力和小团队管理经验，能带领团队独立完成项目执行，确保达成客户的KPI要求，并达到公司要求利润率；
5）性格外向、认真上进，负责日常与客户沟通，协助客户思考策略发展，提出各个阶段策略建议；
6）具备良好的谈判能力、沟通应变能力，能够独立分析和解决问题，并能承受较大的工作压力；
7）具备4A公司工作经验及大型项目管理经验者优先。

4. Management of project process evaluation, participating in forum on technical design as well as testing and presentation of project;
5. Problem solving in project process and management of team work;
6. Summarize and monitor execution of project, communicate with customer service team and customers according to project schedule;
7. Provide development and maintenance of eDetailing, WeChat, Websites and APP.
