Company Introduction
EuroStarBrands (Shanghai) Ltd., a fast-growing sales and marketing company for imported food and beverages products, is looking for motivated employees to support and grow with its rapidly expanding sales business in China. Our brands include top international food producers that offer unique, highest quality products for the food service, retail and wholesale channels in China. Our approach to our brands and products positioning is strategic, long-term, and results-driven with an emphasis on developing a distribution network across the entire Greater China markets (incl. Hong Kong).
Position: Sales Development Manager
Main tasks:
- Realization of sales strategy and sales targets for up to 3 ESB product categories
- Budget planning and control
- P&L responsibilities
- Initiate target key customer approach
- Help drive business development targeting market regions with lesser sales penetration
- General coordination of sales team and sales and marketing strategy
- Develop regional distribution and sales agencies relationships to meet sales targets
- Develop new key accounts and partners in different target regions
- Weekly sales updates and monthly reporting
- Customer relations to effectively identify and approach new customers
- Quickly understand, respond to and exceed customers’ needs and expectations
Reports to: General Manager on weekly and monthly basis
Employees: 1 – 2 sales rep, with potential to develop larger sales team in future
Location: Shanghai
Start date: ASAP
Candidate Profile:
Education: University bachelor’s degree, ideally degree in marketing or economics
Experience:
- At least3+ years’ experience in food sales in China
- Experience for search and evaluation of importers, distributors and wholesalers
- Basic knowledge in logistics and ideally imported food procedures (not mandatory)
Other:
- Entrepreneurial thinking, good communication skills, team player, confident appearance, hands-on, highly motivated
- Willingness to travel
- Basic English skills
- Diligent & results-driven
