职位描述:
1、建立、维护淘宝网站。
2、处理淘宝店铺上客户订单，负责解答客户咨询，促使买卖的成交。
3、与客户在线交流，了解客户需求，妥善处理客户投诉，保证客户满意。
4、处理淘宝网店日常事务，包括网络留言回复、 到货跟踪、评价管理、售后服务等工作
5、熟练和灵活的运用各种方式推广和宣传淘宝店铺。
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职资格：
1、有数码喷绘、写真、UV印刷销售经验优先
2、打字速度快，熟练使用旺旺大专以上，年龄19-35岁之间，擅长网络聊天，能够同各年龄层的人进行有效沟通；
3、具有良好的服务意识，性格温和，工作耐心细致，热情，不和客户争执，具亲和力，善于沟通，思路清晰，反应敏捷，对于工作有高度的工作责任感与团队协作能力、危机处理能力；
4、自信、耐心、责任心强，具有较好的团队合作精神和执行力；
5、熟练掌握办公软件的应用，具备良好的沟通能力；
6、有一定的营销技巧，喜欢营销工作，具备较强的学习能力；
7、熟悉淘宝销售及上架宝贝流程，具有1年以上客服岗位的工作经验或售后处理工作经验者优先；
