职位描述
- 1Job title : Receptionist
Report to : China Office Manager
Work Location : Shanghai
Main Responsibilities
- Your key roles shall cover all clerical and administrative duties, provide quality receptionist service by answering, screening and directing incoming calls for the office.
- Maintain updated telephone and address listing
- Manage and maintain a neat and pleasant appearance of the reception area.
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow of the functions of distribution of incoming mail, outgoing mail, registered documents, courier documents and any other related functions.
- You will manage travel arrangement, hotel and flight booking, obtaining visa and passports for employees need to travel abroad, assist foreign Expats on working visa and annual extending.
Qualifications
- fluent in English and Mandarine
- familiar with visa application and procedures
- diligent, mature, good organisation and communication skills
- Team spirit with Can-do attitude
- be able to work independent and take responsibilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office softwares.
- Work experience in multinational companies or in hospitality industry is a plus.
