Job Description
1.After obtaining the company's customer housing inquiry, then try to communicate effectively, to understanding the details of customer needs

拿到公司给到的客户信息或者自己找到的客户信息后， 进行有效沟通，细致了解客户租房要求
2.Understand western rental needs and how to match these with available properties in Shanghai.
仔细分析了解客户需求。
3.According to customer requirements and needs, searching and matching the properties they need and arrange the house visiting tour按照客户要求寻找，匹配他们所需的房源并组织带看
4.Actively suggest the house leasing solution, make tailor made plan and arrangement
为客户量身定做房屋租赁解决方案
5.Effectively negotiate the leasing contract进行有效的合同谈判
6.master the high end property market, add and maintain Shanghai highend housing information the database information

掌握上海高端房源信息并添加和维护数据库信息
7.Provide good follow up services before and after the leasing contract is done为我们的欧美客户提供优质的售前、售中和售后服务
8.Coordinate and solve problems and building smooth relationship between the tenant and the landlord协调和解决客户和房东之间的问题与关系
9.To complete the company's sales target on time or in advance, and challenge higher goals按时顺利完成公司的业绩目标任务并不断挑战更高的业绩目标
10.According to the company business needs, timely complete other business tasks assigned by company按照公司业务需求，及时顺利完成公司指派的其它事项

Essential Requirements:
1.Between 22 and 35 years of age
2.Bachelor's degree or above in related subject
3.No restriction on Hukou (for Chinese natives)
4.Excellent level of English
5.Strong communication and negotiation skill in Chinese
6.Strong networking skills both internally and in the business community
Fluent English is a must
7.Sales and realty experience preferred but not mandatory
8.Knowledge of Microsoft tools
9.Strong communication skills, confident, ambitious, result orientated, motivated
10.Positive, optimistic, honest and reliable
11.Helping to prepare materials for business development and client visits
12.Able to work under pressure with patience
13.Understanding that hard work and dedication are key to success
14.Confident, Assertive, and Proactive
15.Open-minded, great team player with strong intuition and people skill
16.Customer oriented, can be very flxible in working hours
