6. To set up tables and trays and relevant mi-seen-place according to guest orders.

7. To ensure that special tasks assigned to him/her by the Captain are

carried out.

确保领班指派给他人的特殊工作的完成。

8. To take note of menu and additional informational regarding VIP, special room

set up etc. given by the Captain during the briefing.

在领班委派关于VIP菜单，特殊房间的布置时做好相应记录。

9. To ensure that all guest orders are delivered on time; or in the event of delay,

guests are informed.

确保所有客人的点单及时送达，如有耽搁须事先通知客人。

10. To check each table and tray against the guests order and according to In Room

Dinning menu prior to Being sent to the guest room.

在点单送至客人房间前根据菜单检查桌上和推车里的相应食物。

12. To report immediately to the Manager/Assistant manager any complaints and

problems with guest.

客人的投诉和问题及时报告经理/副经理。

13. To be able to take orders from guest during the absence of an order taker.

可以在预定员不在的时候接受客人的订单。

14. To ensure that spot checks are done when a waiter/waitress is serving

确保当服务员服务时完成检查。

15. To carry out additional tasks and all other duties assigned to him/her diligently

and to the best of his abilities and always maintain a high standard of food and

beverage service.

16. To co-operate and co-ordinate his/her activities with his waiter/waitress to ensure

a smooth running of operation.

17. Inspect all guest floors at least twice in a shift, to ensure that all used trays and

trolleys have been collected and are returned back to In Room Dinning.
