CBL INTERNATIONAL SEEKS SALES AND ACADEMIC PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

THE OPPORTUNITY

CBL International seeks a suitably qualified and experienced, exceptional individual to contact with universities and sell CBL International Academic Programmes.

The full-time sales manager reports directly to the senior manager. The role will be responsible to contact universities, high schools regarding all education programmes offered by CBL International.

You will be part of a permanent full-time professional team based in Shanghai, delivering exceptional education programmes.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES & ACADEMIC PARTNERSHIPS MANAGEMENT
- Meet universities and high school staff face to face, online, by phone and answer questions regarding CBL International Academic Programmes.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and students
- Update customers' information
- Explain methods of payment
- Coordinate sales approach to potential clients and expand sales accounts in a cost effective manner.
- Collect and analyse sales data of competitors. Produce quarterly sales strategy reports
- Provide effective service and key account management

QUALIFICATIONS
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of work experience in the sales or business development or partnerships department of an academic institution or equivalent.

EDUCATION
University graduate

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Excellent English and native Chinese language skills – quick, accurate fluency in reading, writing and speaking and overall comprehension and logic for all social and work tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Strong computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other software
- Good knowledge and understanding of academic education programmes
- Trustworthy, reliable and loyal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent initiative and ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task, focus and imagine and deliver quality, timely outcomes so as to reduce pressure yourself and others
- Strong sense of ethics and responsibility.
- Willingness to learn and sense of humour
