职位描述：
1、具有独立开发客户的能力，负责外墙保温材料、涂料及其他装饰产品项目的开发与跟踪；
2、负责制作商务标书及相关文件；
3、负责销售团队的培训与管理，良好的组织协调能力及部署带教激励能力；
4、能对客户的咨询、投诉进行汇集、分析及处理；

职位要求：
1、工民建、建筑工程管理专业大专以上学历；
2、有3年以上同行业销售管理经验；
3、能吃苦耐劳，熟悉资料编制及装订程序；
4、从事过外墙保温与涂料工程者优先聘用。
