Audit:
1. Registered within the independent CPA firm, will assist in developing the audit team in Shanghai (and potentially across China) and be responsible for people development and management.
2. Supervise and complete independent audit services (Chinese statutory audit, IFRS reporting, Capital verification, Tax Audit, Liquidation Audit and other financial reporting specific audit) among our clients and within a wide variety of industries.
3. Enhance cross selling activities between different departments.
4. Business development activities alongside engagement management.
5. Manage client relationship to be considered as a trustful advisor.
6. Possibility to become CPA firm partner in the upcoming 12/24 month period, subject to the accreditations requirements (5 years)
7. Report to group CEO in Shanghai.

Business Advisory Services:
1. Lead and participate in financial tax and accounting due diligence. Organize the mandate, in charge of the client relationship, complete and review the final English Report.
2. Co-ordination and development of financial tax and accounting periodical Supervision for clients across a wide variety of industries, mainly fashion luxury goods and industrial equipment.
3. Assisting clients (foreign invested companies) in dealing different sort of issues (accounting, tax, internal control, investigation, valuation).
4. Conducting researches and draft notes related to the evolution of China and International Auditing Standards and/or Reporting Standards. (Participation to monthly newsletter).
5. Work together with other department at C&A (Supervision, Accounting, HR, Tax, etc….) to deliver clients services and presentations.

Professional Requirements:
1. A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the assurance practice (Audit) in China (Big 4 or similar firms), with 2 years minimum as a duly registered member of a CPA Chinese firm, minimum level requried is Manager. Longer experience would represent a plus.
2. Working knowledge of PRC tax & accounting rules and IFRS; in particular in foreign invested companies (commercial and manufacturing enterprises in general).
3. Additional knowledge on Chinese tax and legal environment is a plus.

Education & Qualification:
1. Bachelor and above Degree in Tax / Accounting / Finance/ or Audit.
2. Expert in audit methodology to enhance audit efficiency and quality.
3. Chinese CPA (注册会计师) is required with a minimum of 1/2 years practicing in another CPA firm.
4. Manager level

Languages:
1. Standard Mandarin Chinese (mother language) mandatory.
2. Oral and Written English (fluent): using English as daily working language.
3. Additional European language is a plus (Italian, French, German, Spanish).

Computer Knowledge:
1. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
2. Audit CAAT (Computer Assisted Auditing Techniques) procedures is a plus
