Position: 维修工程师Maintenance Engineer

工作概要 Job Summary
负责设备和工装的维护保养和持续改进工作，确保设备持续而有效地工作，满足生产的需要。同时，负责降低和控制维修成本。
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.制定并实施设备设施的预防性维修计划。
2.实施持续改进，提高设备效率、降低停机时间、降低并控制维修成本。
3.负责维修人员的合理配置，按需要分派保养和修理任务。培训和评估维修人员的技能，协助其效率技能的提高。
4.制定并提出备件、工具采购计划，并控制相应的库存。
5.组织和参与所有设施、设备工装的调试与安装验收。监督管理外来施工人员的作业。
6.和施工队签订安装合同时应同时要求其到人力资源部办理安全环境合同。
7.对特种作业（登高、动火、电焊）实施检查与监督工作，确保安全环保。
8.推荐能够降低部门运行成本、提高部门运行能力、增加生产线操作设备寿命和效率的新设备、新方法和新的变更。
9.负责维修工作文件化，记录、统计、分析和存档设备维护检查表、参数控制表、PLC/PC程序文件等。
10.监督检查员工安全操作执行情况，确保设备处于安全生产状态。
11.执行体系文件所规定的岗位程序文件。承担公司体系文件规定的相关安全责任。

资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:
1、 大专以上学历
2. 3年以上设备维修工作经验或3年以上设备制造类企业电气编程工作经验
3. 能读懂各种中英文设备图纸，并根据图纸解决查找设备故障
4. 能读懂液压、气动原理图，并根据图纸解决液压、气动故障
5. 熟悉温控仪表、温度传感器的使用，熟悉加热控制
