Reporting directly to: Regional Sales Manager

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

? Achieve the annual sales budget under the territory assigned.
? Provide all levels of support and services to the existing key customers and maintain strong relationship with them.
? Work closely with the local distribution partners for stronger market penetration and business development in the assigned territory.
? Actively organise the marketing and promotional activities for the products in the various applications.
? Monitor closely the supply and demand balance as well as the price movement in the market.
? Drive profitability and long term strategy of the related business unit.



Skills and Expertise:

? University education in Chemistry or related fields is preferable.
? Experienced and strong skill in managing customer relationship.
? At least 3+ years working experience preferably in chemical product sales.
? Knowledge in the local resin/coating industry is an advantage.
? Strong ability in organizing sales activities and driving the sales process.
? Be a fast learner.
? Ability to work independently, self driven and result oriented.
? Good communication skills with good team spirit.
? Adequate English capability in both writing and speaking.
