STEMCO Vehicle Technology (Shanghai) Co., LTD is a company registered by STEMCO LP, a leading US company in heavy duty truck components. Now the company is seeking an Application and Service Engineer to work out of our Shanghai office. The engineer will work closely with sales team and be the taking the responsibility of all application and customer service.

Position: Application & Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

-Application Engineering:

• Recognize customer requirements for products’ application and propose solution;
• Coordinate internally for new product developing, testing, improvement or customization
• Represent customer in side of the company for APQP to prototypes
• Support customer for lab test and road test
• Provide training and assistance to sales force

-After-sales service:

• Technical training to customer sales and service team to provide professional service to end users
• Standardize warranty terms and claimed parts returning process

Job Requirements

• Qualified candidate is required to have a 4 year Bachelor degree and 5 years of working experience in related job function.
• Must be computer literate in Windows applications, minimum word processing and spreadsheets
• Mechanics engineering or vehicle Engineering education background, Working knowledge of CAD and/or CAE
• Good communication skill
• Knowledge of materials and metrology. Knowledge of polymer chemistry and product development is preferred
• Trailer industry experience preferred
• Good English on reading and writing, fluent oral English is preferred
