由于本公司的电子商务业务目前处于快速发展阶段，目前急需2名客服人员加入我们的团队。

职位描述
1. 通过在线聊天工具(阿里旺旺)和电话,解答顾客对产品的疑问，为顾客介绍产品性能和市场促销活动，为顾客提供消费参考，负责产品的售后服务，包括退换货，物流协调等。
2, 及时与公司供应和仓储部门沟通，避免发货错误。
3, 熟悉并不断更新对公司产品和业务的了解，确保高品质的服务质量。
4, 做好客户及订单的跟踪，及时处理各种留言和反馈，维护客户资源。
5, 管理天猫站内信息，包括店铺留言，宝贝留言，顾客评论和论坛等，最大限度地满足顾客的需求。
6, 负责订单的全程跟踪。
7, 负责客服工作的总结分类归档工作,包括顾客对产品的反馈，对市场的需求意向，物流问题等，并及时向客服主管汇报。

职位要求
1, 有良好的服务意识，积极向上的工作态度。性格开朗，处事灵活但诚实可靠，考虑问题全面周到，有上进心，善于接受和发现新生事物。
2, 能够礼貌待人，与同事友好相处。
3, 拥有熟练的中文口语和写作能力。
4, 拥有良好的英文书写和基本口语对话能力。
5, 能够熟练地使用电脑和办公软件(Word, Excel等)。
6, 已育女性优先考虑（因公司产品涉及儿童用品）。
7, 有天猫工作经验者优先考虑。
8, 男女不限，学历不限。


其它
1, 工作时间: 9：00 – 23：00，周一到周日，两班制, 每周工作40小时。具体工作时间待商定。
2, 一经录用，马上开始工作。

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities working in our Customer Service team will be:
1. Make use of on-line instant messaging tools (Ali Wangwang) and calls to provide customers with services such as product consultation, marketing activity consultation, consumption guidance, after-sales consultation, return of goods, exchange of goods, and logistics inquiry.
2. Communicate with YueHan’s Supply Chain department including communication with YueHan’s warehouse partner about deliveries.
3. Fully understand and continuously update knowledge on new products and business, so as to ensure high-quality customer service level.
4. Follow up customers and orders, and reply feedback suggestions.
5. Manage Tmall reviews about products, Tmall shop and customer service with the goal to finally satisfy customers’ demands.
6.Regularly follow up orders that have been paid till their completion.
7. Sort and submit customer feedbacks involving product information, page, marketing planning and logistics problems to the customer service supervisor.

2. You have a good sense of service and you have positive attitude towards both customers and colleagues.
3. You have good manors and are polite.
4. You are fluent in oral and written Chinese.
5. OK in English speaking and good in writing is necessary.
6. Good general computer skills especially in regards to the Office programs.
7. It’s an advantage if you are a mother.
8. It’s a big advantage if you worked with Tmall.

FACTS
1. As soon as possible, preferable 1st November.
2. Fulltime job, 40h per week. We are organized in 2-shift and you will be working Monday-Sunday, 9am-5pm or 5pm-11pm. We will discuss together the final schedules.

COMPANY INTRODUCTION
YueHan is a trading company, with Swedish owners and management, supporting non-Chinese brands to sell in China, to retail B2B customers and online. We offer a complete range of services from import to customer service and our clients’ products are consumer products within fashion, apparel, kids and baby wear.
YueHan is now expanding its online business and need to employ two persons to the customer service team.
The company was established in 2010. Our office and your working location is in Jingan area, Shanghai, close to Nanjing West Road metro stop. Various nationalities work in YueHan’s open office landscape with Scandinavian atmosphere.
