？ Provide professional advice and guidance on all HR matters to the head of departments ensuring compliance to corporate policies and Chinese statutory regulations

？ Cultivate the core values of the company and human resource within the teams, enabling an awareness of people development and putting it into practice, as part of the retention program

？ Drive HR projects to establish HR as strategic business partner providing greater attention on
transformational activities as opposed to transactional activities such as target oriented performance appraisal, succession planning and leadership enhancement

？ Implementing and monitoring HR key performance indicators / balanced scorecard targets
执行并监督人事KPI/BST
？ Process performance management documentations such as budget expenditures, communication kits and annual salary review worksheets, to prepare for the annual performance appraisal. Consolidate the appraisal results and training / development expectations in Employee Dialogue as basic information to improve the performance appraisal exercise and the design of the employee training / development programs

？ Implement training and development programmes using a breadth of tools and techniques to meet the skill gaps identified and performance management process across China

？ Ensure all employment contracts / union contracts meet statutory regulations for the company

？ Administer, co-ordinate and prepare for the defined employee relationship programs such as employee opinion survey (including data consolidation), communication meetings and etc, to support the realization of a working environment that encourages communication

Job Specification
岗位要求

？ Over 5 years work experience in the HR management, with recent few years at supervisory or
managerial level with a Bachelor Degree in Business or related disciplines
5年以上人力资源管理经验，并担任经理或管理层岗位，商科或相关专业本科
？ Hands-on HR experience in manufacturing plants as well as sales organization, preferably with
multinational companies will be advantageous
具备生产及销售型企业的从业经验，有跨国企业工作经验者佳
？ HR professional with skills and generalist experience in training, recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial relations and communications are required
人力资源专业能力具备培训、招聘、薪酬及工业关系和沟通能力
？ Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships internally and externally
