Key Responsibilities
主要职责
Answering incoming calls and greet customers, processing accounts payable invoices, processing expense reports, managing electronic calendars, making travel arrangements, setting appointments, process incoming mail, updating internal databases.
接听来电和接待来访客户，处理应付账单、费用报告，管理电子日程，差旅安排，预约，处理来邮，更新内部数据。
Experience Required

To be successful in the role the candidate must be a sharp, polished, and professional. Additionally, they must be punctual, reliable, and have good communication skills. Other requirements include proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, strong typing skills, basic math skills, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, strong customer service skills, good written and verbal communication skills, accountability, follow through, and the ability to work independently. Must be able to support high level executives and business people and provide the highest level of client service.
