Position Title: Analyst – Professional Services Firms

Location: Shanghai – Middle Huai Hai Road – Huang Pu District

Position Overview
The Analyst role is an exciting research position in a fast-growing global firm with opportunities to work closely with business leaders that are driving industry throughout the world. Analyst in our Professional Services Firms (PSF) practice also work directly to support and respond research inquiries coming from global top 3 management consulting companies.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
? Quickly identify and establish consulting relationships with professionals best suited to consult on our highest priority client inquiries through e-mail and telephone marketing
? Grow the GLG Professional Services Firms Councils by recruiting key thought leaders with basic industry professional recruiting campaigns, leveraging lists, associations, referrals and other relationships
? Interview prospective Council Members as needed and capture critical data for Council Member profiles
? Support GLG research team with efficiency, responsibility and ownership

? Passion for financial industry
? Bachelor’s degree, or above
? Experience in healthcare industries, including pharmaceutical, bio-tech and nursery or Energy Industrial industries, including oil and gas, mining and industrial equipments or relevant consulting firms will be a plus
? Excellent communication skills over the telephone, e-mail, and in-person
? Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
? Abilities to identify best match/solution of requests/questions, to manage cold calls, and to handle increasing responsibility over time
? Successful track record working in a team environment
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
