职位描述
Purpose of the Position:
-Pursues, secures, and executes profitable business opportunities with new and existing customers to support the achievement of EN south region’s sales and profit objectives.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Investigates and identifies sales opportunities in assigned territory and develops and executes related sales plans, or executes portions of an account plan, that provide customers with a fully integrated set of product, process, and technical solutions which draw on GCT EN’s total value proposition to meet customers’ specific business needs.
- Promotes Enterprise Networks products and services to potential and existing customers to differentiate Corning in the market place and secure new or extend existing selling opportunities in south China.
- Maintains frequent contact with the customer to strengthen the relationship, continually assess GCT EN’s effectiveness in meeting the customer’s needs, and ultimately maximize sales penetration and customer retention.
- Supports existing customers with issues related to logistics, qualification, and / or a variety of contractual terms.
-Coordinates with the cross-function teams including Application Engineering, Marketing & Business Operations, Channel, Customer Services, PLM and Manufacturing to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
Education & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's (graduate) degree
Experience:
-4+ years of demonstrated success in a customer facing role
-Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
-Demonstrated track record of compliance with sales policy and related regulations.
-Average English language.
Required Skills
-Must possess strong initiative, resiliency, organizational and time management skills.
- Must be an excellent problem solver, comfortable with peaks and valleys in workload.
-Must have knowledge in Enterprise Networks (LAN, Data Centers, and Optical Networking, and structured cabling fields)
