Position: General Merchandising Manager


Job Description:
- Overall control of the performance textiles departments "Research and Development" (RND), "Planning and Procurement"(PNP), "Technical and Quality"(TEC)
- Good Merchandising knowledge and capable to lead PNP team on the timely delivery for both fabric and trims
- Able to handle order allocation to the right vendors
- Payment schedule monitoring
- Have technical knowledge and capable to lead TEC to deliver up to specification goods to garment factories
- Capable of propose corrective and preventive action for any quality problem
- Involve in the setting requirements for both fabric and trims during development
- Able to carry out effective pre-production meeting for all parties especially with vendor
- Able to lead teams to follow company standard operation procedure and able to give proposal for any problem
- Co-ordinate ERP Project assigned by company and make sure all vendors implement effectively
- Any other project assigned by management




Education & Qualifications Required:
- High Degree in Dying and Merchandising is preferable
- Minimums 8 years’ relevant experience with at least 6 years at senior managerial level
- Good command of spoken and written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
- Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
