BASIC FUNCTION
The Regional Sales Manager is the responsible of the commercial activities provide in his assigned Area (North Part of China) and directly responds to the Head of Maritime Sales, Greater China.
Key objective is to perform excellent customer support to further increase our customer satisfaction and loyalty towards Cobham, as well as having a direct dialog with ship owners , shipyards and ender user to improve our brand image.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Create, maintain and improve the relationship with customers.
? Search and contact new possible customers.
? Achieving growth based on company target.
? Lobbying company products to high level customers such as CNOOC;CNPC;COSL.
? Introduce to the customers all range of products and promote our brand and activities.
? Cooperate with customers to analyze in details the market situation.
? Provide to head of maritime Sales monthly report with the next three months forecast.
? Provide to the Head of Maritime Sales weekly report of the progress of the market on his area.
? In advance provide to Head of Maritime Sales one week plan of the commercial activities and then daily report about the activities done on his area.
? Collect information necessary to learn about the customers’ satisfaction on his area.
? Investigate on the activities of competitors or new possible competitors on his area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? University degree ,preferably in Business, Electronics engineering or similar.
? At least 5 years sales or marketing experience in the related industrial fields.
? Fluency in spoken / written English; Good command in Excel, Word, Windows, Power Point.
? Willing to travel; Interview skill; Negotiation skill; Communication with impact skill.
? Business Acumen; Good sensor knowledge in transmission industries; Negotiation skill; Market analytical skill; Customer Knowledge; Building Relationship with Customer.
? Respect and Trust; Adaptability; Team Work; Initiative and Engagement; Analytical and Judgment; Communication Skill; Innovation; Influential; Champion Change; Driving for Result; Mobilizing Resources.
? Capable to work under pressure and frequent business travel.
? Previous employment experience within a major Chinese ship owner or shipyard will be an advantage.
? Able to develop new marketing channels for our products will be an advantage.
