职位描述
Responsibilities工作职责:
--Develop new businesses prior to the agreed Sales Plan while sustaining current business.For this he/she has to establish and maintain contact/CRM with OEM customers / Tier 1 suppliers, including engineering, purchasing, SQA and other areas of customer management;
--Coordinate and to lead the quotation process, to prepare the quotes as well as to negotiate these quotes with the customer according company guidelines;
--Negotiate, handle and push basically all customer related business cases or at least to support other departments in negotiations with the customer.
--Provide timely communication to OEM customer / Tier 1 suppliers and VA-C, HSE, HCL departments when changes occur which effect customer’s product or business;
--Take part in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and is in this regard responsible for car production, volume and sales planning for its customer;
-- Facing oversea global customers in automotive to provide satisfied service and get the order.
--Support market research and marketing communication activities by providing market and competition information.
--Focus on Ford,VOLVO, and Japan customers.
Qualifications任职资格:
--Education: A degree of a university either in business administration combined with the understanding of technical matters or in engineering combined with knowledge of business administration matters;
--Working experience requirement: About 2--3 years experience in a similar position;
--Majors/Expertise: Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software;
--Language requirement: Chinese mother-tongue but not necessarily, but Chinese language must be excellent,excellent knowledge in English, additional knowledge of the Japan language is desirable as well German is favorable, but not necessarily a MUST.
