Job Summary

- Hierarchically to the Project Manager;

- Process Engineering of environmental systems such as Waste to Energy, Hazardous Waste treatment plants,

Landfills Utilities, aerobic or anaerobic digestion of Organic Waste, advanced recycling facilities;

- Produce (make it produced) Heat and Mass Balance, Utilities balance, Equipment lists at preliminary stage;

- Involve in the choice of technologies and technology suppliers;

- Involve in the choice of subcontractors such as LDIs (Local Design Institutes);

- Supervise the production of PDPs, EIAs, SPAs, OHAs & etc.;

- Technology survey;

- Environmental regulation survey;

- Involve in costing and scheduling, involve in business models;

- Cumulate background and knowledge from commissioning and operations phase;

- Provide technical assistance to operations;

- Will involve in the writing of offers and contracts.

Requirements

- BsC in a relevant science (Environmental, Chemical Engineering…);

- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;

- 10 years of experience in engineering of chemical/petrochemical/power plants/environmental plants or other

heavy industries or infrastructure projects as process engineer, process manager;

- Design firm experience would be appreciated;

- Good team player with strong leadership skills and communication skills;

- Able to travel and work all over China and to cope with different cultures.
