Job Description:
Racepoint Group Account Managers (AM) are responsible for working closely with the team on existing clients and new business activities, as well as leading efforts in specific agency business initiatives. AMs are also responsible for helping Account Directors and the senior team in spearheading the development of new client services. The AM has a deep understanding of overseeing a public relations program from development, and counsel, to account management, and budgeting.

We don't have a cookie cutter approach to our people business - we're looking for someone who can think outside the box, thrive in an international business environment and execute premium campaigns.

Requirements:
？
Typically has 4-5 years (or above) of public relations or communications experience.
？ Proven management skills required; strong team management experience
Rrelevant experience in Healthcare.

？ Strong problem solving, analytical, budget management and business skills.
？
Solid writing, proofreading, verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese (Mandarin).
？
Experience in a variety of public relations programs and relevant industries
？
Strong presentation skills and speaking ability.
？
Mastery and use of standard office technologies such as MS-Office, Internet and online services, PowerPoint, Meltwater, etc. required.
