Responsibilities:

Prepare PRC/Offshore statutory financial reports, tax returns, and other governmental reports
Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports to investors
Perform month-end closing schedule and maintain general ledger accounting systems
Analyze project expenditure variances
Perform financial ratio analyses for external investors and banks
Analyze aging receivables and payables
Prepare monthly pro forma reports for project management team
Assist internal audits and annual statutory audits
Check payments and expense reports
Assist project accounting internal control assurance
Perform ad hoc managerial reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
Three to five years experience in Real Estate Company or project development business
Experience with Big Four Audit Firms is highly desirable
Fluent in spoken and written English
Team Player and strong integrity
Willing to change

编制中方/外方财务报表，纳税申报表及其他政府部门要求的各种报告
编制给投资人的季度财务报表及年度财务报表
财务系统的日常录入和数据更新，完成月末结账的各项流程
分析项目支出的各种变化
编制给投资人和银行的财务分析报告
编制各项应收和应付款项的账龄分析报告
编制各种月度预测报告给项目管理团队
协助内部审计及年度法定审计
审核各项付款及费用报销
协助财务经理确保各项财务内控制度的执行
编制其他各种报告

任职要求：

财务或者会计本科学历，CPA优先
3-5年的房地产开发公司或者相关行业财务工作经验
有四大会计师事务所的工作经历者优先
英语口语和书写流利
为人正直，团队工作能力强
愿意接受工作职责的变动
