Responsibilities:
1. Design test plans and test cases for feature, integration, stress, performance, and regression tests
2. Execute tests, log problem reports, reproduce problems, and verify fixes, good trouble shooting skills
3. Responsible for test bed and environment setup for feature, system, regression testing and problem recreation
4. Work closely with development and customer support teams in recreation and resolution of customer reported problems
5. Automate and execute feature, integration, performance, and solution tests
Requirements:
1. BS in CS/CE/EE or equivalent，CCNA/CCNP is a plus.
2. 1-4 years test experience in network area.
3. Knowledge of network protocols and solutions, such as TCP/IPv4/IPv6, Routing Protocols, Multicast, DHCP, SNMP, VLAN, Qos, etc. and other network routing/switch protocols, Cisco Router/Switch using experience
4. Knowledge for DOCSIS, Cable access, xDSL, xPON protocols
5. Skilled in IXIA, Spirent Testcenter, CHARO or other traffic generator.
6. Hands-on knowledge of a scripting language, Good automation test experience. TCL is a plus.
7. Knowledge in Agile process requirement, familiar with Scrum, has some scrum team experience.(It’s not mandatory)
8. Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal)
9. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
10. Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply to work tasks
11. Open minded and willing to take any challenge

职责描述：
1.负责广电相关网络设备（例如CMTS，Cable）的软件测试，搭建测试环境、系统测试等。执行测试并输出测试报告。提交bug，验证bug，良好的分析，定位，解决问题的能力
2.负责测试报告相关网络设备产品缺陷并协助分析，推动问题及时合理地解决，保证产品质量和进度；
3.负责测试、验证广电网络设备及应用解决方案的可行性、稳定性，提供测试报告；
4. 负责自动化测试用例的编写。
所需能力：
1. 具备相关的网络知识，熟悉广电网络设备（CMTS，Cable，Docsis），并具有2年以上中小企业网络设备测试工作经验；
2. 熟悉 Linux 下的软件应用及测试环境、工具，熟悉通用测量仪器仪表,如IXIA, Spirent Testcenter, CHAROT的性能和使用；
3. 熟悉TCP/IPv4/IPv6, 路由协议, Multicast, DHCP, SNMP , VLAN，Qos等网络协议；
4. 熟悉DOCSIS, Cable access, xDSL或xPON等相关产品；
5.了解Agile流程需求，熟悉Scrum，有Scrum相关经验。（可选）
6.有自动化测试经验，能够使用TCL等脚本语言。
7. 对软件测试有浓厚的兴趣，具备较强的定位问题的能力；
8. 有很强的质量意识，能严格地遵照测试流程规范；
9. 具备良好的人际沟通能力、学习能力、合作精神；
10. 良好的英文读写能力。
