Responsibilities:


To implement EHS and 5S management to ensure the safety of warehouse team and warehouse capital
· Keep warehouse materials and facilities in order based on 5S principle
To administer the warehouse operation
· Fulfill the warehouse operational work (receiving, storage, replenishing and bulk pack order fulfillment, etc.) and implement the training for warehouse team
· Enhance warehouse efficiency and performance to meet KPI goals
To manage physical inventory to improve inventory accuracy
· Implement daily cycle counting to improve inventory accuracy
· Implement quarterly stocktaking under the monitoring of SDSS Finance team
To manage warehouse team
· Make out action plans to improve operators’ performance and follow up the implementation;
· Ensure warehouse staff to obey the warehouse SOP.


Requirements:


· College degree in Logistics or equivalent majors.
· At least 3 years experience in warehouse management or supply chain management in Multi-National Corporation or Sino-Joint Venture, and more than 1 year experience at team leader level.
· Strong execution capability.
· Good English skill will be preferred.
