职位职责：

1、负责来访客户的接待工作；

2、负责公司总机的来电接听、传真、信件收发及快递等日常办公室行政工作；

3、公司员工考勤登记、文档管理、办公用品及固定资产管理；

4、协助办理面试接待、会议、培训、公司集体活动组织与安排等；
5、上级主管交办的其它工作。

职位要求：

1、中专或以上学历

2、谈吐大方，性格开朗，形象气质佳（懂上海话者优先考虑）

3、能够熟练使用常用办公设备，具有良好的电脑操作能力，熟练操作Word, Excel等办公软件

4、具备一定的公关礼仪常识
5、工作认真负责、积极主动、热情敬业，应变能力强，待人接物得体

6、具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
