岗位职责：
1、客户来电转接，快递收发，访客登记等前台接待工作。
2、负责替员工预定午餐。

3. 机票，酒店预订安排

4.每月员工考勤及假期汇总统计工作。

5.网上发布招聘信息、筛选简历，安排面试。

6.公司员工活动组织与协调。

7.及时完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1.全国统招全日制大专及以上在校生。

2.专业不限。保证每周至少工作三天。

3.良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练使用各种办公office软件。

4.实习期间表现良好的可毕业留任。

5.欢迎愿意在行政人事岗位长期发展的投递简历。
