Job Position: Channel Sales Manager, GCC
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities
? Leading Channel Management Team for Channel Performance Management, including build up new Channels as well as maintain on current Channels for wide coverage and maximum sales.
? Account manager for National Channels and OEM Partners.
? Internal Process improvement Driver and channel training arrangement covered products.
? Channel short-term and long-term development strategy set up and implementation to get more sales and investment from distribution.
? Setting up Channel annual commitment Goal, getting signed CCP and supporting Channels for their goal achievement. Execution Channel Incentive and Penalty Program.
? Building up Channel Price book and special price approval process for all CI products. Leading the team to support and manage channel on credit, inventory, forecast, service, and quality.
? Channel coordination in a pro-active, fair and reasonable way.
? Competitor Information and Marketing Information Collection
Requirements:
? Bachelors degree, minimum 7-10 years experience in relevant field
? Business/Financial Acumen and strong leadership and people management skills
? Strong self-driven; eager to achieve results, strong sense of responsibility and discipline
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, presentation, and project management skills required
? Good English language capability
? Good reporting skill including Excel, PPT, SAP will be plus
