职位描述
工作要求:
1、监督执行各项人事制度，并向经理汇报
2、维护、拓展招聘渠道，负责面试通知、人员初试
3、按即定培训计划，安排培训活动的组织、效果跟进
4、协助经理实施员工绩效考核及汇总，处理员工关系
岗位要求
1. 大专以上学历。
2. 普通话标准
3. 熟练掌握办公自动化。
4. 性格开朗、善于表达、有较强的沟通与协调能力。
5. 具有不怕挫折、吃苦耐劳精神。
6. 有销售与房地产工作经验的优先。同样欢迎优秀的应届毕业生。
