1) 岗位描述：服务顾问是上汽大通售后服务的形象代表，是面向客户的主要窗口，应以客户满意为中心，专业、热情、及时地为客户提供全面贴心乃至个性化的服务。

2) 任职资格：

n 具有相当大专（含）以上学历；

n 有二年（含）以上汽车修理或相关工作经历；

n 具有对车辆故障描述和判断的能力，熟练掌握车辆保险理赔程序与实操；

n 具备熟练的计算机应用能力；

n 持有C1或以上资格驾照，熟悉无锡市区路况；

n 具有亲和力，擅于沟通、交谈和协调；

n 对汽车配件及价格有一定程度的了解；

n 经上汽商用车售后服务培训合格。

工作职责：

n 贯彻“首问负责制”，负责客户的接待（登记、休息、用餐等）、联系和

疑问解答；

n 负责对送修车辆预检，听取客户的陈述，与客户确认维修项目、追加项

目、配件用料、维修费用、交车时间等，填写接车单和委托工单，及时将维修任务下达车间；

n 负责车辆交接手续（包括随车物品），交车时应向客户说明下次保养时间和应注意事项；

n 负责制定和督促车辆维修进度，及时向维修人员提供维修项目、要求等

资料；

n 负责填写外加工、外出服务、客户预约登记及看板、返修车辆登记、不

能按时交车通知登记和客户投诉登记等表格；

n 对短缺配件，负责向配件部反应，同时与客户取得联系；

n 负责对工时费和材料费审核，向客户说明费用收取情况；

n 负责客户的投诉处理，对影响客户满意度的抱怨及时反馈给质量检验员；

n 配合DCAC专员做好客户回访及档案建立等工作；

n 认真执行本单位各项规章制度，积极推行7S现场管理。
