岗位职责

1.一半时间在市中心办公，一半时间在工厂
2.负责制定项目管理流程及制度体系，并监督执行
3.负责协调项目所涉及的各方及各成员
4.参与项目团队建设，包括绩效考核和人员选拔等工作
5.负责项目管理培训

6.制作项目进度报告
7.负责项目档案管理

Capabilities:
Good spoken and written English.


Have experience working in Western company.


Be able to deal with Westerner and western company.


Very good communication and project management skills


Willing to learn and good working attitude.


Have background of engineering, container industry technique.


Detailed experiences in multi-national / global companies


Flexible working time.



Job Roles:
Half time working in the city (near Pudong BaBaiBan) and half time working in the factory (near Pudong Airport)


Doing container production daily report.


Communicate with workers on site.


Report any issues happen on site to the manager.


Inspect container on behalf of manager.
