RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2.Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
3.Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
4.Assists sales in preparation of proposals and presentations.
5.Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
6.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
7.Recruits, tests, and coaching sales representatives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
8.Manage key accounts and set up right policies and strategies to maintain long-term relationship with them.
9.Write business proposals and help sales to write proposals.
10. Design and deliver sophisticated presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES
1.With a Proven Track Record Selling Complex Solutions
2.over 5 years in a senior sales position
3.Proven track record as a top producer, consistently exceeding quota
4.Experience selling to senior executives in Fortune 1000 companies
5.Ability to aggressively pursue new business opportunities
6.Five plus years of sales management experience
7.An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to sell consultatively
8.It is a plus for candidates who have worked in training positions and/or Management Consulting firms
