岗位要求：
1 四年以上产品制造工作经验
2 熟悉TS16949 质量体系，并能运用5大工具
3 能独立完成作业指导书, PFMEA ,流程图，工艺规范
4 有标准工时制定经验，能对工序时间进行分析研究，以提高产能
5 熟悉SPC ，并有运用于实际生产的经验
6 对设备运行，质量保证有一定了解
7 有工装，设备调试，验收经验，熟悉Cmk
8 有过程审核经验
9 全日制本科，英语四级以上，有一定的口语能力
10 有较强的沟通和协调能力
