Key Job Responsibilities:
1) Receive and greet clients and visitors
2) Hotel booking and coordinate branch companies of transportation arrangement
3) Air ticket booking
4) Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member efficiently
5) Sign for and distribute courier/express packages
6) Order stationery, expendable office supplies and drink water.
7) Order business cards and staff cards.
8) Communicate with staff and external vendors.
9) Other duties assigned by the department manager.

Key Competencies and Skills:
? College degree, with more than 1 year related experiences.
? Good Commend of both English and Chinese.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, customer focus and detail-oriented.
? Skillful in MS office.
? Willing to learn and grow with company.
