？ PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Company credit control policy implementation and support credit control manager;
- Accounts receivable collection & management, aging analysis and reporting;
- Accounts receivable risk evaluation, analysis and controlling;
- Cross functional department communication & corresponding;
- Customer incentive calculation and management.

The position requires the following personal capabilities and competence for acceptable performance:
a) Education:
Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in the area of accounting
b) Experience:
At least 2-3 years credit control working experience;
c) Travel Frequency出差频率:
√ < 25%
25% - 50%
> 50%
d) Competency and Skills:
？ Good language, interpersonal communication and negotiation skill;
？ Able to work under time pressure and work independently;
？ Self-starter, self-motivated;
？ Fluent in spoken & written English;
？ Good in finance and accounting knowledge;
？ Computer literacy;
？ Knowledge in tax, logistic and legal would be an adding point;
？ Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and experience with SAP system is preferred.
