职位描述
Responsibility:
· Train and install key Operating systems such as station standard operating procedures; Retail Food Safety; Restaurant Management systems, and restaurant profitability programs
· Create a “Train the Trainer” program, to assist licensee partners establish BR systems standard operating procedures in each of the respective regions or sub-regions the licensee operates in
· In conjunction with partners, assist in the establishment of regional Training Centers. Garner support from BR International worldwide resources.
· QA function- ensure that systems standards are established first in the Training Center, and then work with partners on QA and system standard audits throughout the system. Ensure compliance with non-negotiable basics such as Food Safety, approved equipment, and required upgrades
· Assist licensee partners in optimizing unit-level profitability including inventory/yield management, P&L management, crew sales incentive/goal setting, and execution of marketing/product campaigns, customer satisfaction programs.
Requirement:
· Bachelors degree;
· At least 5 years experience in field QSR or F&B operational experience;
· Knowledge of operating systems and processes
· Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
· Demonstrated ability to create and maintain labor-intensive, multi-level management systems.
· Effective communication; structured and organized; good team player. Strategic thinking is a plus
· Strong relationship building skills; ability to work from a position of influence, not direct managerial responsibility.
· Demonstrated maturity and ability to work independently in appropriately representing the brand values and culture.
· Willing and able to travel frequently
· Flexible to station in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou/Shenzhen
