【Job Description】

1. Order Management: Place order request and follow the whole sample delivery process with Safilo Far East as required, urge the late delivery to ensure the punctual arrival of each sample before the events.
订单（发货）管理：根据要求向远东总部（香港）下单订购样品并跟进发货流程，确保样品及时送达。

2. Receiving Management: Count, check and classify the samples on receipt of the delivery.
收货管理：收到样品后的盘点、审核以及分类存放。

3. Sample Sale: Organize the family sale twice a year to effectively reduce storage and inventory cost.
样品销售： 组织每年两次的样品内卖活动以降低库存压力、减少库存成本。

4. Team Management: Take charge of the sales support team with four subordinates to ensure daily sales, promotion and trade fair by sample management.
团队管理： 带领销售支持团队4名下属，通过良好的样品管理确保日常销售、促销活动及订货会的有序进行。

【Job Requirements】
1. Above 2 years’ related working experience with the associate degree or above;
两年以上相关工作经验，大专或以上文凭；

2. Integrity and responsibility,detailed-oriented, custom-service oriented;
为人真诚正直，有责任心，注重细节，具有服务意识；

3. Good command of written English;
良好的书面英语理解及沟通能力；

4. Good command of Microsoft skills,e.g. Excel;
熟练操作Microsoft， 如Excel；

5. Previous experience of sample management is preferred;
过往有样品管理工作经验者优先；

6. Available for business trip.
能适应出差。
