Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Provide support to 2 senior consultants
? Manage all parent communication
? Assist Senior Consultant in student resume creation
? Build student calendar
? Create supplement list for students
? Document Management
o Complete Common Application forms
o Complete UC application forms
o Complete any non-Common Application forms
? Oversee submission of all:
o SAT scores
o TOEFL scores
o Teacher Recommendations
o Transcripts
? Prepare materials for all consultations between students and primary consultant
? Proctor practice exams
? Data base build-up/maintenance
? Attend consultations
? Maintain student academic folders – update folders with most recent:
o School grades
o Testing results
o Application PDFs
o Personality Testing Results
o Student Roadmap
o Student Calendars

Qualifications:
? Fluency in Chinese and English
? Attention to detail
? Highly organized
? Proficiency in Microsoft office and office machinery
? Ability to conduct research
? Willingness to learn and work with students
? Ability to take initiative
? Knowledge of U.S. education system is a bonus
? Previous work in education is a bonus
