JD:
.Develop Lean methodology and tools with the implementation in company
.Identify the potential XX opportunity for plant.
.Coach lean Technician for lean knowledge and guideline
.Develop the XX plan and savings forecast
.Assist XX manager to achieve the XX plan and savings goal by monthly
.Develop a continuous improvement culture in company.
.Offer Training like LEAN knowledge, IE tools for LEAN members and company staff.

Requirement:
.Bachelor or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
.Professional Training on Lean and IE with qualification is preferred
.Knowledge of lean principles and tools such as value-stream mapping, Pull system, TPM, One piece Flow, etc.
.Five years working experience and at least one year LEAN implementation experience.
.Excellent leadership and people management skill, be aggressive and strong in execution
.Well understanding and practice on the concept of Toyota Production System (T/T, Pull system, One Piece flow, etc.)
.Knowledge of lean concept and tools such as JIT, Jidoka, VSM, TPM, line balancing, pull system and Kaizen breakthrough method.
.Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
.Good project management skills.
.Good analytical / problem solving skills.
.High passion, positive "Just-Do-It" mindset and challenging character to conventional thinking
.Presentation skills and demonstration abilities in independent.
.Good Mandarin is desirablel
.Good writing and reading in English
