Equipment Engineer II

Job Description:

1. Analyzes equipment reliability, problems and trends, Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.

2. Guide and supervise technicians in production area, evaluate training needs and plan training, pass knowledge of equipment to all technicians.

3. Control & follow-up maintenance budgets, follow-up maintenance targets.

4. Monitor equipment KPIs, identifies areas for improvement, and initiates equipment modifications, ensure all equipment performance meet production requirement.

5. Overall spare parts system management.

6. Documents specifications, procedures, and training materials.

7. Any other works assigned by manager.

Requirement:

1. Major in Mechanical, Automation or Engineering related, Bachelor degree.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing and familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, have the experience to lead maintenance team.

3. Have strong ability to find the problem, resolve the problem and prevent the problem happened again;

4. Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC, with Lean & 6 Sigma concept.

5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

6. Be capable of using Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, etc.).

7. Good communication and Good teamwork spirit is must.

8. Ability to multi- task and prioritize, perform work under relatively stressful environment.
