Responsibility:
·Lead a team of in vitro oncology scientists in developing, optimizing, validating and executing biochemical, molecular biology and/or cellular assays to support oncology drug discovery projects, including assay development, target validation, gene profiling, compound screening and profiling, MOA, biomarker validation, combination therapy, drug resistance and therapeutic mAb validation
·Ability to supervise a team to meet project timelines and teach direct reports assay and trouble-shooting skills
·The individual is expected to have good communication skills, especially in communicating effectively in English both in writing to relay project progress and share data and verbally to discuss project progress, interpret and present data to clients and the other BioDuro project team representatives


Requirements:
·A Ph.D. degree in cancer biology, molecular biology, cell biology or immunology with one to five years of post-doctoral research experience, preferably in the oncology drug discovery industry or with a CRO
·Solid background and training in cancer biology and in conducting oncology research using the latest drug discovery technologies and advances in science
·Experience in histology is a plus
·Supervisory experience required
·Good oral and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Chinese preferred)
