职位：高级销售工程师 (青岛)
汇报对象:北区域经理
工作职责：
1、完成年度销售目标。
2、开发并维护重要的客情关系,如开发商、设计师、经销商、安装公司和酒店管理公司等。
3、跟踪并赢取青岛及北方区的目标工程，提升销售业绩。
4、掌握弱电产品方面的知识，包括家居智能系统及竞争对手的相关产品。
职位要求：
1、 大专以上学历，电气工程、电气自动化、自动控制或相关专业。
2、 3年以上高档酒店或高档全装修公寓的产品销售经验。
3、 具有项目销售经验，有能力在项目销售中服务主要客户，包括经销商，工程承包商，系统集成商，甲方。具有电气相关产品销售经验优先。
4、 有稳定的客户资源，如酒店管理公司，设计公司和开发商等资源为佳。
5、 熟练使用Word, excel, power point等办公软件。
6、 热情，有上进心，具备商业敏感度和良好的团队合作意识。
7、 英语良好，有外企工作经验者优先考虑。
8、 青岛户籍为佳。
Position: Senior Sales Engineer ( base in Qingdao )
Reporting to:North Area Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieve the yearly sales target.
2. Maintain and develop the relationship with key customer such as developer, designer, distributor, installation company, Hotels Chain Company etc.
3. Follow and win the target project in Qingdao or the specific territory in north of China to increase the sales revenue.
4. Deep understand wiring accessories including the home automation system and the competitor’s products.
Job Qualifications:
1. University/College Education majored in electrical accessories, electron automation, control system or other relevant specialty.
2. More than 3 years sales experience in high end market for hotel, residential application.
3. Experience of how to serve project customers, including distributor, contractor, SI, end user and experience of project sales for similar electrical product is strongly desired.
4. With stable customer resources, hotel chain, design institute and developer is preferred.
5. Basic computer skill: Word, excel, power point, etc.
6. Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated, Business sensitive and good team player.
7. English and MNC working experience are preferable.
8. Qingdao permanent resident is preferable.
