职位描述
Job Title: Customer Team Leader
Job Responsibility:
? lead customer team effort to the delivery of numbers: volume/top line/bottom line/cash flow/win rate at right margin, etc
? develop and implement team management operation system
? ensure finctional alignment for customer satisfaction on OTTR, PPM, NPL, warranty, etc
? conduct market and competitive analysis
? initiate, develop and execute customer strategy and annual operation plan
? develop, improve and strengthen customer relations
? drive VA/VE/HLRR activities to reduce BOM cost and improve profitability
? champion changes in order to optimize processes
? perform other temporary duties assigned by Director, Sales & Marketing
? hire, develop and retain talents and coach team members
? play AM or AE or PM role as specified during hiring (CT Leader is not designed as a full time role)
Job Requirements:
? University degree, engineering and/or MBA a plus
? Minimum 8 years experience in automotive industry
? demonstrated leadership skills
? Successful track record in customer management
? Fluent in Mandarin and English
