Qualification Requirements
要求：
Must have a College Degree preferably in chemical major.
大专以上学历，化工专业者更佳。
At least 5 year management experience in chemical manufacturing companies preferably in adhesives industry.
至少5年化工公司管理经验, 在胶粘剂行业更佳。
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
具有良好的分析、沟通以及处理人际关系能力。
Must have a desire to maintain quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, accountable for striving for 100% on-time delivery to request day with zero defects in quality
有强烈意愿去维护质量、安全并且有满足客户需求，力争达到100%的准时足量交货及零的不合格。
Supervising, evaluating incentiving employees, good experience in management workers;
能够监督管理,评估及激励下属员工。对筛选,训练,激励,奖惩一线工人,有多年的丰富管理经验,有原则,有章法,得人心。
Leading plant and operational changes, drives and implements lean manufacture for continuous improvement in 5S, TMP, OTIF, etc;
领导工厂运作的变革,促使、执行精益生产，持续改进5S，TPM 及 OTIF等。
Developing and analyzing production and plant reports;
强化分析产品和工厂的报告。

Main Job Responsibilities:
职责：
1.Make sure the production go smooth with zero products quality complaints.
确保产品生产顺利，尽量避免产品质量投诉。
2.Supervising staff to include hiring, training, evaluating performance, providing compensation recommendations, and determining disciplinary actions when necessary.
管理员工：包括招聘、培训、绩效评估、提供赔偿建议，必要的时候决定惩戒措施。
3.Responsible for manufacturing operations team inclduing planning,warehouse and production, which includes the implementation and administration of production procedures and schedules, safety first, applicable product and quality improvement measures and related areas.
负责管理工厂计划、仓库及生产运转，包括管理执行生产程序和计划，安全第一准则，可适用的产品和质量改进方法等。
4.Must have knowledge of the company's MSDS systems, Raw Material and Product Codes, and standard operating procedures and be able to apply them to a department's day-to-day operations.
熟悉公司MSDS系统、原料和产品代码，以及独立操作的程序，并且应用在部门日常运作中。
5.Must maintain area of responsibility in a clean condition, with all safety equipment in place and in good working order, and maintain a work area that is clean and uncluttered.
保持工作环境整洁，保证所有设备摆放整齐、安全。
6.Must work independently without constants supervision, and be able to set priorities based on customer and plant needs.
能够独立工作，能够把客户和工厂的需要放在第一位。
7.Develops, analyzes and reviews a variety of production reports to improve costs, employee commitment, safety, production lines, quality, efficiency, cycle times, volumes, and implements management changes as required.
改进、分析并且回顾各种产品的报告，以降低成本，改善安全措施、生产线、质量、效率、循环率，产量以及必需的设备管理改革。
