职位描述

Responsibility

1. Budget management and Marketing Spend Analysis
- Track GMIO brand marketing team monthly budget spending
- Manage advertising project spending by markets in the GMIO region
- Lead micro budget approval process and out of scope approval
- Marketing spending analysis, identify the opportunity for improvement and develop the recommendation/improvement plans to ensure most efficient spending structure in the countries

2. Advertising project management
- Manage and track advertising project status and pipeline with global creative agency for GMIO markets and ensure the agencies are deliverying per timelines

3. GMIO Brand Marketing team operations
- Lead monthly GMIO marketing council calls with all countries. Identify strategic topics and regional best practices
- Organize GMIO marketing conferences
- Prepare monthly report for Executive Committee

4. Information and Asset sharing for carline activities and other global brands (Cadillac and Buick)
- Manage market requests for cross brand and carline activities. Support markets with ongoing and specific request for assets or best practices. Work closely with the global team and advertising agency to fulfill requests in a timely manner.
- Manage the new Asset Central system which is a repository of all advertising creative assets globally within GM. This tool allows markets to re-use existing assets and share best practice creative saving tens of millions of dollars within GMIO. High usage of this tool by our agency partners and GM employees is critical to generate advertising spend savings and to ensure best practice creative is used to maximize advertising effectiveness. This position will be in charge of developing our IO roll out strategy -which involves identifying users, communication of benefits and training.
- Manage information and best practice sharing on Cadillac and Buick global and regional activities

5. Lead tier 3 autoshows
- Manage tier 3 auto shows across the region to ensure countries receive support, tools and leverage existing properties and consistently implement brand standards

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills:
- Good understand of marketing and advertising
- Experience in brand marketing
- Experience with advertising agency processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills (excel, etc.) and budget analysis experience
- Ability to follow-up and multi-task
- Effective team work
- Ability to anticipate needs of GMIO markets and be proactive
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English verbal and written skills

Experience/Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field
- MBA preferred
