Responsibilities:
- Support business leaders to identify, develop, engage and retain talent for the right job at the right time
- Drive and facilitate the HRM Committee, adhering to global processes and ensuring flawless follow-up of agreed upon action items
- Proactively manage the people agenda for the customer including staffing, C&B, talent identification & development, progression & succession, employee engagement & retention
- Understand the customer’s priorities and needs and apply the appropriate HR strategies, including organizational design and change initiatives
- Provide counsel on external market dynamics
- Act as an employee advocate (a confidant who will balance company and employee interests)
- Other project-based work as required
Qualifications:
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of HR management process including attracting, developing, managing and retaining talent
Skills/ Competencies:
﹒Strong stakeholder management capability
﹒Strong initiative and ability to learn quickly and excel in matrix organization
﹒Able to stand up in mixed group audience and facilitate workshops (strong organizational development and presentation skills in English)
﹒Strong capability to articulate business/HR vision and turn into executable action plan
﹒Able to effectively cope with change and comfortably handle risks and uncertainty
﹒Maturity; ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
﹒Self-motivated
﹒Winning attitude and team spirit
Experience/Education:
﹒Bachelor’s degree
﹒Solid HR experience (5 years and above) in an MNC environment
﹒English fluency
﹒Regional experience preferred
